Air Case Specifications:
The 1605 Peli Air case is moulded from the next generation of Peli’s lightweight HPX™ resin that rebounds without breaking. Dustproof and crushproof, the 1605 Peli Air case has been designed to cut weight without compromising durability. The features of this watertight case include a new style ‘conic curve’ lid shape, an O-ring gasket, proven tough double-throw latches, rubber overmolded handles and an automatic purge valve that balances air pressure while keeping water out. The 1605 Peli Air also includes stainless steel hasp protectors and a removable card holder with front or side placement.
The Peli 1605 is a lightweight protective hard case, covered by the legendary Peli Lifetime Guarantee. The case is available empty or with pick ‘n’ pluck foam for creating your own inserts. Alternatively, a yellow padded divider set or the TrekPak divider system are available separately, both of which are ideal for changing setups.
The automatic purge valve equalises the interior air pressure whilst keeping water out. The case has an o-ring seal and is completely waterproof, rated IP67.
There are five double-step latches which keep the case securely shut but are easy to open when needed.
