Description
The Peli 1550 Protector Case is one of the largest cases that’s still easy and comfortable to carry with one hand, with its non-slip rubber over-moulded handle.
Peli 1550 Protector Case Specifications:
The Peli 1550 Protector Case is watertight, dustproof, chemical resistant, corrosion proof and virtually unbreakable, offering total protection for your equipment. Constructed of ultra high impact structural copolymer, the Peli 1550 is extremely strong and durable yet lightweight with it. A neoprene o-ring and easy-open ABS latches seal perfectly and an automatic purge valve ensures quick equalisation after changes in atmospheric pressure while keeping water out. The Peli 1550 case is NATO codified and tested to MIL C-4150J (Military Standard), IP67 (Ingress Protection) and ATA (Air Transportation Association). The case also comes with stainless steel hardware and padlock protectors and a comfortable rubber over-molded handle.
There are a number of inserts available for the 1550 – the TrekPak divider system, standard padded dividers, an EMS kit or a pick ‘n’ pluck foam set. For a bespoke foam option please contact us for details. The case is also available in a range of colours.
The IP67 rating means it can be submerged in 1 metre of water for up to 30 minutes, and it will float in salt water with a load of up to 31.7 kg.
