Underwater Kinetics cases are made from high impact ABS plastic which is extremely tough and resists scratches, dents and corrosions. The structurally reinforced stacking shell can withstand 1200kg stacking loads and a two metre drop onto concrete. The main seal is made from a resilient silicone and can withstand submersion in one metre of water as well as seal against dust and many corrosive gases. A pressure relief valve is provided to relieve pressure differentials from changes in atmospheric pressure. Moulded ABS latches and padded handles are standard features designed for maximum corrosion protection. Hinge pins and screws are made from 300 series stainless steel.
