This means that the entire manufacturing process is carried out in-house - quickly, at minimal cost and with quality control ensured.

Features of CNC-machined foam inserts

The layout for the machined foam is produced in AutoCad.

Once the design has been approved, the drawing is imported into XMCE-E machining control software, providing full 2D and 3D control over the cutting process.

Automatic tool changing makes for maximum use of the machine's capacity whilst allowing very detailed routing to be achieved.
