Construction

We can offer a range of panel materials including light-weight polypropylene honeycomb where weight is an issue. For heavier duty applications we would use a phenol faced marine grade case panel.

Our exclusive box section extrusion (1) adds strength and durability to the finished item, giving maximum protection to its contents.

We can include a neoprene bead (2) which forms a splash-proof barrier between the lid and base.

Fittings

Cases can be supplied empty or we can design a case interior to suit your application using fabricated foam or CNC machined foam inserts.

All our cases can be screen printed via our in-house screen printing service to complete your corporate image.
